Registry Update

Some browsers require a registry update.  This update does not affect anything on the browser or your computer, it just updates your "active X" component giving you the ability to view all areas of the supplier console.

 

Directions on Updating Registry

Step 1.  Click on the "REGISTRY UPDATE" link here.

Step 2. When The following window appears click "RUN"

Step 3. When the following window appears, click "YES" to accept the registry update

Step 4.  The following window will appear indicating the information has been successfully entered into the registry, click "OK".

 

You are now ready to use the Supplier Console. If you continue to have issues viewing the jobs you may have to update the settings on your browser.  You can do so by clicking below and following these simple steps.
