Additional Registry Update Information

Follow these simple instructions to update your registry information if the “registry update” did noot fix the issue.
Perform each step prior to going to the next.  Please make sure you logged out of the supplier screen prior to performing these steps.  You log out by simply closing your browser.     It’s simple to perform but if you need further assistance please

6 steps to update Registry

Step 1.

Using Internet explorer Select  Tools / Internet Options / Security

from the 'Select a Web Content Zone to specify its security settings' window.

 

Step 2.

 Click Trusted sites icon

 

Step 3.

 Uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone

 

 

Step 4.

Add this web site to the zone http://*.e-courier.com click 'Add' button click 'OK' button

 

Step 5.

Back on the Security tab / Internet (picture of Globe) highlighted. If the button 'Default Level' is enabled click the button once select 'Custom Level'.

 

 

Step 6.

Under ActiveX controls and plug-ins / Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe: Change or makes sure this is set to "Enable" (some users have reported that they have had to set the Reset Custom Settings  combo box to 'Low') Click 'OK' button (to close the Custom Levels) Click 'Apply' button Click 'OK' button (to close the Security Levels)

 

Your supplier console should be working properly now. Log on too see the jobs on your screen.
